About Koehn Contracting

The story starts back when I was a young boy going with Dad to work in a ’73 Chevy pickup. Picking up scraps on job sites and learning to enjoy the building trade. That love for building has been there all through my school years. My first job was construction work in 1992. I went on a couple of years later to doing concrete work for my brother until 1997 when the opportunity arose to start my own business. Since then we have transitioned from a roofing contractor to a framing contractor and then in 2006, I and my family moved to Jonesboro Arkansas to pursue the home building and general contractor line of work. Since then we have been building homes, remodels and additions, and been doing light commercial work. 

Our construction expertise is rooted in decades of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship. With a career that began in 1997, we have built a strong foundation in various aspects of the industry, from concrete work to general contracting.

Since relocating to Jonesboro, Arkansas, in 2006, our focus has been on delivering high-quality homes, garages, and commercial projects.
